The monthly figures provided below include:
- The cost of nursery attendance;
- Any additional service contributions linked to funded places;
- The deduction of government funded hours where applicable.
Families who choose the funded-only option will still receive a monthly invoice for administrative purposes, although no payment will be required where the funded hours fully cover the childcare used.
- We are charging at £1 per minute after closing time, 6PM.
A reasonable deposit is agreed to secure your place at Little Gems Daycare, this is dependant on start date and is fully refundable once your childcare ends with us as long as all terms and conditions are followed.
If for unforeseen reasons you are unable to start Little Gems Daycare, we would require a minimum of 4 months notice to return your deposit otherwise the deposit is not refundable.
If you postpone your child's start date by more than 1 month, we would require 50% of the fees until their new start date.
- We charge a £100 non refundable registration fee.
- A minimum of 2 days booking per week;
- There are no refunds for non attendance under any circumstances, this includes booked holidays, sicknesses and also if Little Gems Daycare have to close for reasons beyond our control.
- We do not offer swapping days, you can book additional sessions;
- We require a minimum of 6 weeks notice to terminate your place or to reduce hours;
- Fees reviews are annual and we will give a minimum of 6 weeks notice of any changes.
